We Make Parks Happen!
Support our good works. Your volunteer spirit or tax-deductible contribution helps us care for our parks and provide recreation for all to enjoy.
Tuesday, September 1 is the opening day of dove season. As you hunt, be sure to check your doves for leg bands. It takes two seconds, and helps out wildlife research.
Why not cool off in the Guadalupe River? Splash and play or sit and soak at James Kiehl River Bend Park or KreutzbergCanyon Natural Area.
Our monthly bird censuses are conducted at JKRB, KCNA, and JSPP. The censuses provide valuable data on wildlife species in the parks. Master Naturalist Ruth McArthur leads the birders.
Kendall County Parks are free to enter. Have fun!
Kendall County Partnership for Parks, Inc. is an independent, nonprofit organization supporting the Kendall County Parks System. We are a group of folks who love parks! KCPP promotes environmental awareness by holding volunteer
service days, presenting educational programs, fundraising at events like the annual
Volkssport at JSPP each June, and sponsoring special events like Family Fun Day at KCNA.
